Hi friend! As we approach the New Year, I imagine many of you, like me, are thinking about what you’d like to do differently in 2024—or who and how you want to be in the year ahead.
Though we likely all have varied goals, I can say with total confidence it all starts with the same thing: self-care.
Whether you want more adventure, meaning, peace, love, joy, or anything else, it’s all more attainable if you feel your best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With this in mind, I recently created a 30-Day Self-Care Challenge that can help us all take good care our hearts, minds, and bodies.
By downloading the challenge, you’ll be automatically entered to win a Best You, Best Life Bundle (over $2,500 value), including eCourses on purpose, relationships, and more!
More on the Bundle
Launching on January 2nd, the bundle will offer 13+ eCourses from experts in creators whose work I admire and wholeheartedly recommend, all for the price of one.
The courses can help you discover your life’s purpose, reduce anxiety and feel less emotionally overwhelmed, sleep better at night and stress less in the day, drink less or stop drinking, and reduce tension in your relationship, to name just a few of the topics covered!
My New Self-Care CourseÂ
Among the other offerings in the package, you’ll find my brand-new course, Breaking Barriers to Self-Care, which I can’t wait to share with you!
I created this course because I recognized that a lot of self-care discussions focus on things we should do to meet our needs, but I haven’t seen as much devoted to why it’s so hard to prioritize ourselves and why it’s so easy to fall into patterns of self-neglect and self-sabotage.
As someone with a history of trauma, depression, and bulimia, I know this all too well. But I’ve spent the last two decades healing and learning why I hurt myself and held myself back for so long. That’s what this course is all about—uncovering the root causes of our unhealthy patterns so we can get what we need to thrive in life.
I’ll share more about the course in the upcoming weeks, but for now I hope you’ll enjoy the challenge, which you can download here.
